how to use
Using the iron kettle is very easy.
It requires almost no maintenance, and you can use it for a long time without rusting if you keep a few points.
~ Getting started ~
・ Rinse the inside easily, add water until the 8th minute, and put it on the fire.
I will call you. The heat is medium to low.
・ When it boils, throw away the hot water.
・ Repeat this work twice.
~ How to boil water ~
・ Pour water until the 8th minute and heat it.
The heat is medium to low to the extent that it hits the bottom.
Boil slowly over time to make the water more mellow and prevent the iron kettle from "burning".
・ Move the lid a little.
Since the iron kettle does not have a hole for steam to come out, move the lid a little to let the steam escape.
・ Bring to a boil and then heat. The longer that time, the less hot water, but
As it becomes more mellow, iron dissolves.
・ Immediately after boiling, transfer to a container and empty the iron kettle.
It doesn't matter if it's a pot, kettle, pot, etc. (Heat resistant)
・ When the inside is empty, open the lid and dry it with residual heat.
Since the iron kettle has excellent heat retention, the inside of the iron kettle dries quickly due to the heat of the iron kettle itself.
There is no need to wash it afterwards.
The first point is to dry it thoroughly after using the iron kettle, and do nothing else!
If you are worried, it is okay to completely remove the water over medium heat for 5 to 10 seconds.
~ As you use it ~
When you use it, the color may change inside. The rust-colored spots are due to the chemical reaction between the water component and iron to form iron oxide, which makes it look reddish brown. It is not rusted, so please use it as it is without rubbing it off.
If you use it further, the minerals in the water will crystallize and "scale" will be attached.
"Scalescale" has a rust-proof effect, and the hot water becomes even more mellow than it was at the beginning.
Use it as it is without touching or washing it.
